The following nominations have been received for the above club's Summer Meeting, to be held on the 26th and 27th of December:—

Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, South Auckland Cup, and Tradesman's Plate, to be run at the South Auckland Racing Club's meeting on December 29, close to-night at nine o'clock with the Socretarv (Mr'G. If. Carter) at Hamilton. The Spring Meeting of the Takapuna Jockey Club is fixed for Saturday next, December Ist, and judging by the capital acceptances a good day's racing may be expected. The Club, with their usual liberality, intend issuing a through ticket, including admission to the course and return fare by th*. ferry steamers, for one shilling, whici. no doubt, should the weather prove tine, will be largely availed of by the public as a cheap day's sport.
