ALL SAINTS' INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION.

Alt. Saints' Industrial Exhibition attracted a large number of visitors last evening. The programme consisted of a Christy Minstrel performance and spelling-bee. In the first division, for scholars under 16, there were twelve competitors, and the prize was won by Master Bertie Latta. There were four competitors in the allcomers' contest, and the prize fell to Miss Lottie Leighton. Cooking and ironing competitions were tho contents pet down for this afternoon, and at 7.30 p.m. there will he a concert. In addition to the awards published la3t evening the following have been made:—Grade I. (under 12). Work in wood-turning, fretwork, cabinet-work, etc.: Herbert Kirkham, Ist prize. Grade 11. (over 12 and under 16). Work in wood, etc. : John Sohnsoti, Ist; George Kirkham, 2nd. Work in wood, etc. (over 16, allcomers) : Edward Ford, Ist; Clement Dixon, 2nd; Fred Smith, highly commended. Models (no competition): W. Marflett, highly commended. Leather bracket: Ada Dixon, Ist; Charles Brown and Alfred Brooks, 2nd (equal). Basket of flowers, Frank Taylor, highly commended. Needlework—Grade I (under 12): May Oswald, Ist; Nellie Stevenson, 2nd ; following highly commended : Ada Ivir.gsfoid, L. 11. Kingsford, Basil Caldor, Violet Wilson, Nelly Derril, Eva Oswald, Annie Oswald, Florrio Cruickshank, Ethel Cruickshank, Kate Stevenson, Hose Hemue, Alice Taylor. Ethel Dixon, for pinafore, Ist ; Eva Caldwell, satchel, Ist; Gcraldine Hemus, underclothing, Ist; Annie Taylor, 2nd, Needlework —tirade JJ.
