In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1333," and of tho bankruptcy of Abthur Thomas Eyre, of Auckland, Produce Merchant, a Bankrupt. Notice is hereby given that by an Order of the said Court at Auckland, tho abovi-named Arthur Thomas Eyre was this day adjudicated a bankrupt within the intent and moaning of the abovomentioned Act, The First General Meeting of Creditors will be held at my Office, Government Insurance Buildings. Queen-street. Auckland, on WEDNESDAY, the 7th day of November, 1888, at 2.50 o'clock p.m. Proofs of debt must bo furnished prior to the meeting. Proxy forms can be obtained at my office. No proof can be admitted except under order of the Court, after the expiration of four months from the date of the filing of the petition.
