Dunedin, this day. Mr Twopeny writes to the Press declining to take active management of the proposed Exhibition, but will advise whoever may have charge ot the arrangements. From the spirit in which the schemers taken up there i 8 little doubt now of its emerging into an inter-colonial one. The site most favoured by the projectors is the southern recreation reserve,
