COALING THE STEAMER WAIHORA.

SrDNKY, this day.

It vas the intention of the owners ot the Stoekton mine to coal the Union Steamship Company's Waihora, notwithstanding the fact that the vessel was employing non-Union coal trimmers. The Stockton miners, therefore, threatened to cease work if the vessel was coaled. The manager of the mine promises, however, to coal the vessel at Sydney, but it is understood that the men's threat holds good if non-Union-ists are employed at Sydney.
