At the inquest into the death of tlfi man King who was found dead on the Midland Railway and was supposed to have been the victim of an oatrage, it was shown that he had fallen from the train while attempting to pass from one carriage to another while the train was in motion. A verdict of" Accidental Death was accordingly returned.
