PANSLAVISM IN AUSTRIA.
A BISHOP REBUKED.
Vienna, September 14. The Emperor Francis Joseph has publicly administered a sharp rebuke to Bishop Djakovar, the leader of the Panslavist party in Austria, for having wished Eussia Godspeed in her world-wide mission.
