THE IRRIGATION COLONIES.

Messrs Chaffey. Brothers have circulated 100,000 books describing their irrigation scheme in the Australian colonies. Great inquiry has been made regarding the Bcheme in England, and several have already started for the colonies to take up holdings on Messrs Chaffey's settlements, and it is hoped thab a steady emigration will shortly set in.
