The Emperor Wiiliain'; addressing a meeting Held in connection with, the Order of St. John, appealed to the nobility to assist in realising the ideal of a: nation ivhose people should be possessed of a high sense of honour and religion, based upon true Christian principles and unimpeachable morals.
