R.M.S. ZEALANDIA.
The mail steamer Zealandia arrived from San Francisco, via Honolulu and Tutnila, last night at 9.15. with mails from England up to July 14, Shs brought the following passengers 4~Foi; Auckland: Mr and Mrs Frank (irahdra, Mr and Mrs G. tlolmer and 2 children, H. Boratock, E. J .Hopkins, W. 0. Guest, T..8. Cartwrighfc, and 11 steerage. She also brought a Urge quantity of cargo for this port. Throughout the trip fine Weather was, experienced tiil August 16th, when a strong easterly gale, wilt passing squalls, set in, and continued till arrival" • Mr George McLane, the purser (to whom wo are indebted for tiles, &c.), reports that the Zealandia sailed from San Francisco on July 28th at 3.35 p.m.'; passed, the outer 'buoy at .5.8 p.m., and arrived"'at Honolulu on August —at 9.20 a.m. ; sailed the same day at 3.34 p.m., a?>d touched oft' Tutu ikon Augti?t 11th at 4.30 p.m., and arrived at Auckland on the 17th as above. A small steamed was passed at 3 p.m. on the 16th, apparently steering for Tonga. (This would be the Government steamer Stella bound for the Kermadec Group). •.■■■ ■
