LATE SHIPPING.
The local agent of the China Navigation Company (H. B. Morton) has received advices stating that the Whampoa has sailed for Auckland direct with 225 tons cargo for this port. She will therefore be due about the 3rd September.
The s.s. Rotomahana was to-day busily engaged in taking in her cargo for the South. She sails to-morrow at noon.
Inwards Coastwise. —Medora, schooner> from Awanui, with produce ; Lark, cutter* from Omaha, with firewood; Gem, echr., from Russell, with coal. V
