Cotter for defendant.—Evidence was taken and judgment given for plaintiff, with £5 3a costs, amount to be added to plaintiff's accounts in partnership suit now pending in Supreme Court. F. Brown v. J. BowskilLv—Claim, £5 Bs, being amount due to him as per agreement for | per cent, upon £788. This claim was in connection with work done at the Governor Brown Hotel, Hobson-street.—Mr Hugh Campbell appeared for the plaintifiyand Mr Theo. Cooper for the defendant.—Evidence was taken at some length, after which His Worship intimated that he would reserve •judgment.
