The only business done on the Exchange to-day was in mining shares. Cambrias were sold for 7s 6d, at which price they are now offered, but buyers will only give 7s 3d. Old Caledonians were brought into the market and changed hands at 5s 3d and 5s 6d ; buyers now offer the latter price and sellers want 6d more. Gems were sold for lid and the quotations now are, buyers Bd, sellers lid.
