A VICTORIAN TRAGEDY.
THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED,
TWO ARRESTS MADE.
Melbourne, this day. The dead body which was found brutally murdered at Elmore, in Bendigo district, on the 3rd insb., has been identified as that of a labourer named John Duggan. The motive of the murder is supposed to have been robbery. Two men named Leads and Williams have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the affair.
