In the matter of the Comt>anles' Act, 1882, and of the NORTH NEW ZEALAND FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION (LIMITED). Notice is hereby given that a petition for the Winding-up of the aoove-named Association by the Supreme Court of New Zealand, was, on tho sth day of July, 1888, presented to Mr Justice Gillies, a Judge of the said Court, by James Wingato and James Burns, both, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, and. Colony of New Zealand, Ironmongers, and Charles Christie Brown Douglas, of London, England, Ironmonger, all carrying on business u»der the style or firm of Wintrate. Burns & Co., by the Waikato Coal and Shipping Company,. Limited, by John Lamb, of Auckland, aforesaid. Miller, by William Swinton Laurie and Robert Nair Ryburn, both of Auckland, aforesaid, Merchants, trading as W. S. Laurie and Co.; and by John Thomas Arundel, of the South Sea Islands, whose duly appointed attorney at Aucklarfd is William Crush Daldy, of Auckland, aforesaid, Merchant, being all Creditors of the said North New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Aesaciation (Limited). And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at Auckland, on FI'.IDA V, thd 20th day of July, 1888, at eleven o'clock a.m., or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, and any Creditor, or Contributory of the said Association desripua to oppose the making of an order for the wind-ing-up of the said Association under the above Act should appear at the time o£ hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to »ny Creditor or Contributory of the said Association requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
