THE FOOTBALLERS IN WELLINGTON.

Wellington, bhis day. In consequence of bhe refusal of the City Council to grant the use of the Basin Reserve, the football match on the 14th inst. between Warbrick's team and Wellington will probably bo played at the Hutt. A mabch ab Oamaru is being arranged for bhe 25th insb., and bwo games will be played ab Dunedin, viz., on the 25th, and on August Ist. The native beam leave for Melbourne on the following day.
