Off coast wheat cargoes are mostly sold. New Zea.lour, patent, ox store, is quoted at 235. " At auction 1,400 casks of Australasian tallow were offered, and 700 sold. Fine mutton, 2Gs ; beef, medium, 23s 6d. The copper market is inclined to buoyancy; Chilian, £$1 10s. The market in pig-iron is dull. It is quoted at forty-three shillings. Sugar is steady—German, 13s 3d; Java, IDs Gd.
