MERCHANDISE MARKS.
London, February 29
In the House of Commons, Baron H. de Worms, reulying to a question, said but few of the colonies had replied to tho circular recently sent to them by the Secretary of State for the Colonies urging the adoption of merchandise marks, but the answers so far received were of a favourable nature.
