New Prince Imperial.—There are now 5430zs of amalgam on hand, which was obtained as follows: 1601bs picked Etone, 3500z5; 33 loads general dirb, 1930z5. The amalgam has nob yet been retorted. Cambria.—lslbs of picked stone were got from the sixth stope on _» T o. 1 leader west. Coal and Gold DepositsAt a public meeting yesterday it was resolved to form a prospecting association to help the prospectors in testing the value of the coal deposits and quartz reefs in the district. The prospectors reported having traced the coal field over a sqnxare mile on the ranges between Tepuke and the Hot Lakes, and having found blocks of coal in the rivers.
