Westgarth's circular states that money Is cheapening and stocks re-
covering. The Mining Journal advises investors to keep their money in their pockets. It admits that there are some "good things" in Queensland mines, but they are largely intermixed with very bad results, and confidence in mining has been reduced to a mini-
