IRISH AFFAIRS.
The Mitchelstown Coroner's inquest resulted, on October 12, in a verdict of wilful murder against the policeman Browririgg, Sergeants Kirwan, Eider and Brennan, and Constables Gavan and Dorance. The, Coroner issued warrants for the arrest of the parties. The Inspector General of Constables" suspended execution of the warrants. Chamberlain addressed 4,500 persons in Ulster Hall, Belfast, On the T2th October. He "said he did not intend to submit Ulster to a Dublin parliament, because he objected to submitting Ulster's Orderly and regular life to the inventors of the: " plan of campaign." A parliament in Dublin would be simply a Dublin American Tammany Hall transferred from New York. At the Tuam fair on October 18, thousands of head of cattle and sheep were offered for sale at ruinous prices, but, despite the low figtircs, there were ho purchasers. .Large graziers declare that they cannot any longer, and must take'advantage of the bankruptcy daws. .... _~ ■ , Three tenants on the estate of Lord Clknricarde Svere evicted on October 20th.
