W. E. Gray (Newton).—lf your neighbour stops up your drain, he does so at his peril. Your query had been mislaid. ELECTOR. —Electors may vote in the districts for which they are registered providing they are not registered on the same qualification for any other electoral district, n cases when an elector is registered in two separate districts for the ono qualification, he should vote in the district for which he is rightly qualified, but he must not exercise both votes in any case. If an elector is registered only for a district, the alteration of whose boundaries has placed him in a district for which he is still registered, he may vote for the district on whoso roll his name appears.
Harold Smith (Mount Eden).—By the death of the master the servant or apprentice is discharged,unless the contrary is stipulated by the terms of the contract or indentures, the apprentice may obtain a memo recording the time he has served.
