PROGRAMME OF TO-DAY'S CEREMONY.

London, July 3.—Tho foundation stone of the Imperial Institute will be laid to-morrow by the Queen.

On arrival at Paddingtoii Station from Windsor, Her Majesty will bo recoived by the Princoss of Wales and various officers of State, and a semietate procession will bo formed to South Kensington. Tho ceremony will bo attended by various members of the Royal family— King Christian of' Denmark, the King and Queen of Greece, and the Crown Prince and Princess of Germany.
