■jMTOUNT EDEN ROAD DISTRICT. NOTICE RTC STRIKING GENERAL RATE FOR THE YEAR ENDING MARCH 31, 1888. Tho Boara intend at the next meeting to Strike a General Road Rate of $d (one halfpenny) in the £ on the rateable value of the property in the district for the year commencing April 1,1887, and ending March 31,1888, the said rate to be made payable on the first day of August. 18S7, in one sum, at the Office of the Board. Tho Rate-book and Valuation Roll will be open for inspection each day from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for fourteen days, from July 4th instant. All present Ratepayers who may have, under any circumstances, parted with the property for which they have paid rates, will require to forward written notices of the same with the names of the parties to whom the property has been disposed of, before the 20th day of July, otherwise they will bo liable for the rate for the ensuing year in accordance with the Rating Act Amendment 1885, Section 10.
