(Tothe Editor.) "___, —I read in Stab about a■f case of heavy charging. To show that it is i _ot alone from England that things are so charged, I may instance a parcel I received ifrom Melbourne through a forwarding comLpany. It was a child's present valued 10s, ffor which I had to pay 3s duty, 3d wharfj _ge, agent's fees 8s 9d, making 12s in all, [■which -was 2s more than the parcel was .! worth. The Customs valued it at 10s. r— f-Yours, etc., Fair Play. I*. '
