Sir Wμ. Robinson, the Governor of South Australia, is, according to the rules lAicl down by all political economists, an iriyaluable member of society. The other day, according to a story that is going the rounds in Adelaide, his aide-de-camp was intercepted by a South Australian Customs official just as he was leaving the Northterrace railway station with a neat little brown paper pai*cel under his arm.
