London, March 23. An agitation is being vigorously carried on in Bulgaria in favour of throwing off the yoke of Turkey, and declaring the independence, of tbp country. .Jtho populace everywhere shows great enthusiasm on. the subject, and is urging the Government to tako a bold plunge.
