The Austrian press comments upon the attitude of the German press over the Bulgarian question, and condemns the action of General Kaulbars. It anticipates an Anglo-Austrian alliance. Lord Churchill's visit to Berlin is believed to be relative to the state of affairs in Bulgaria.
General Kaulbars has been coldly received in the provinces. King Milan, of Servia, is actively parleying with Austria.
