Dunkdin, Wednesday.
In connection with tho analysis ot Captain Cain's remains, all who took part or witnessed the analyst wero put on their honour not to divulge anything in connection therowith until tho proper time camo. Any number of rumours havo been current since it took place, but none of thetohaveany definite authority. Some persons say that the result was divulged to them under pledge of secrecy, but though there may be good reasons to suppoee euch may be the case, it is evident that the statement* mado by them under these circumstances, that antimony was discovered, are scarcely sufficiently reliable to be trusted.
