Mesata Vuile and Douglas sold by auction yesterday at their mart, Bhortland-street, esrtain property under orders from the Registrar of the Supromo Cutirt. The first lot was Situated on ihe Mount Roakill and View Roada, Mount Eden, having a frontage to Mount RosklU Koad i-f 51 feet, by a depth of 284 feet: and to View Road, afrontage of 132 feet, by a depJh of 271 feet, with a large dwelling therton. The property was purchased by Air W. C. Rlcketts ror £810. At tbe sarae time they aIBO sold, by ordur of the administrator of Mary Ann Northe, part of lot 3, of subdivision of loto 21, 22. SI, and 83 of subdivision allotments 9 and 10 of section 10 of BUbarba of Auckland, with frontage to Elen Vale Road of 40 feet, by a depth of 132. with the buildings thereon i reeled. Mr J. Hill was the purchaser at £310. Messrs B. Tonka and Co. sold 200 sacks of Oamaru flour at £3 5s per ton. Mr If. J. Jones held a sale of farm produce, potatoes ham, and bacon this afternoon at his mart in Newton. A large variety of fruit trees from the nuraery ot William Mason, and a qunn; tlcy or hardware ironmongery, and cutlery were also diaposad of. '■ Mesara ijorwood and Co. submitted for sale at thai.
