Feeling that advertisers are legitimately entitled to know what value they receive for their money, we have made it a practice, since the early days of the Stak to publish periodically a return of the circulation. At tho end of every six months tho whole of our books aro placed at tho dis prjs.il of two jnrblic accountants of unquestioned skill and probity, to make up tho returns of circulation, and to certify on Iheir own personal responsibility, after such an investigation, as thoroughly satisfies them of tho actual number of copies circulated during the six months. Messrs John iMiine and J. Waymouth, the accountants engaged in this work, have just completed an audit for the last six months, and have granted the following certificate :—
