Barbarous Murders in Ireland.

A HORKiJiLE agrarian murder took place in Headford, county Kerry, Ireland, rocentiy. Tho murdered man, Patrick Tangney, had been bogranger. He had been threatened by Moonlighters. And the stranger f aid : "Did I not tell you to sell bog last week? Tho old man denied this, and the second visitor said: "Wo will pardon you this time." The portion of the gang who were still outside demurred to this, and urged those inside to shoot Tangney. Tho first-mentioned of tha visitors then ordered Doherty and his wifo and the old woman Tangney to go to an adjoining room, or they would 6hoot them. The old woman alone appears to have resisted thU order, and even the at last, on a gun being pointed to her broa«t, withdrew, observing that, "she wan satisfied to leavu it all to tho Hlersed Virgin." One of tho men then said, " One, two, throo," and diecharirod his weapon at Tangnoy. Tho Moonlighters left, and Mrs Dohorty came out of the room, and wont to aaaiet her father. Tangnoy died about live minutes aftorwarda.
