Tho dobato on the Address-in-Roply was resumed in the House of Commons today. Mr Parnell proposed an amendment requiring tho suspension of evictions in Ireland duiing the winter months. In his speech ho warned the Government that its policy would lead to disorder, and ultimately to tho necessity for coercion iv Ireland. Mr Gladstone criticised tho policy of the Government, which bo characterised as dilatory and futile. The debute stands further adjourned.
