Constantinople, August 25, A skcoKD Provincial Government for Bulgaria has beon formed at Tirnova, the tormer capital, by M. Stamboulod', who has a considerable following opposed to the deposition of Prince Alexander. This Government has issued a proclamation calling out tho militia, Tho reactionary agitation in support of the Prince is c_tending to the garrisons and the populations of Stuimla, Tirnova, Nicopolis, Widdin, and Silistria. Tho Roumelian troops are in favour uf Priuco Alexander. Princo Alexander is now a prisoner on board a yacht, and is being conveyed down the Danube London, August 25.
In the House of Commons yosterday, in answer to an inquiry, Sir James Forgusson, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, confirmed tho deposition of Prince Alexander, whore destination was, as yet, unknown to tho Government. The latter, he stated, viewed the recent events in Bulgaria with great anxiety.
