London, March 26, The Right Hon. W. E. Gladstone, in his place in the House of Commons to-day, continued the announcement previously made by Sir Vernon Harcourt that the statement of the intention ol Her Majesty's Government with regard to the bill for the better government of Ireland would be made on the Bth April.
