He added that he hoped for the creation of an official emigration department. A dospatch to the Press Association statos;—An influential deputation has waited on tho Home Government urging that a permanent loan be floated Tor the purpose of oncouraging State emigration, the omigrants repaying tho money advanced by easy instalments.
