Mr Legge and Trent Brothers.

With reference to the telegram read by Mr Jowitt at the meeting of Mr Legge'sj creditors, from Trent Brothers, of Christ church, stating that they would not prove on the estate, but would probably take criminal proceedings, Mr Legge has shown us a telegram from Trent Brothers, in which they state that they desire to have no interference with Jowitt and party, and that Mr Jowitt had no authority from them to act.
