Sales of Cambria stock were effected today at 9s. to 9s. 3d.; Golden Crown sellers, •is. 3d. The mino manager of tho Crown reports that ho is breaking down quartz in the winze, and that the ore is heavily mineralized, showing strong blotches of gold. Ivanhoc aro in good demand, and very few sellers quoted. Sellers Bank of New Zealand shares at £21 12s. 6d.; Colonial at -125.; Auckland Timber are still wanted at £4 145., and Union Sash and Door at £4 I Oh. South British, Union, and National lii-tiranco find many buyers at market rates. (las shares are worth £10 10s, and no sellers. Tho stock market shows a decidedly firmer tone, and sellers very scarce.
