Gnlrlooh arrived from Waitara at II o'olock this morning, with 71 hoad oattlo, 300 shoop, 1 horso. 11 piecos maohinory, 5 cases buttor. 3 cases seods, and the following P'issongers:—Messrs Frear, Young. Bnto. Bell, McKay, Martin, Claro, nnd 3 stooraae. Sho returned thither at 3 o'clock, fairly patronisod with passengors and cargo.
