From Sydney papers wo learn that tho Govornmont had at almost tho last moment como to the decision to have no military display whatever on tho Queen's Birthday, but to postpono the observanco of tho day as far as any parade of tho colonial forces was concerned until tho day of the landing of tho Soudan contingent, when every possiblo efi'ort would bo made to mark tho occasion. Illness Among the Contingent. Colombo, May 30. Tho transport ship Arab, with the Now South Wales contingent on board, will sail to-day. Surgoon I'roudfoot, of Ambulance Corps, and l.'i privates, aro prostrated with fever,
