Gladstone, in tho House of Commons this evening, was asked how it was that Lumaden was reoilled from the Afghan frontier by England, and Gen, Komaroff was retained thero by Russia, and if these facts would not indicate the confession of wrong on England's sido in the Afghan dispute ?
