Aden, May 22. Thb Union Company's s.s. Arab, which has been chartered to convoy tho Now South Wales contingent to Australia, arrived hero yesterday, and subsequently left for Sydney.

Tolcgrams havo been passing botween the Hon. Alexander Stuart, Premier of New South Wales, and the Hon. Robert Stout, Premier of New Zealand. The latter exnresECS himself as being anxious to show his appreciation of tho work done by tho New South Wales contingent in the Soudan, and of their conduct while undergoing the hardships of the campaign. Mr Stuart, in reply, conveyed to Mr Stout his gratification at receiving so touching an expression of sympathy, and requested the honour of a visit from tho Premier of New Zealand on the occasion of tho return of the colonial forces.
