The-schooner Gloaner arrived at Mercury Bay, from Oamaru, on Saturday last.'and is now: loading timber for Levuka.
The s<e. Wairarapa, whloh] arrived- from Kussell early this morning, brought 23 bags wool for AuoklandV 170 sacks oysters lor Southern ports, and 22 casks oil for Melbourne. The New Zealand ShtopSftgr Company's Kuapeliu left Lyttelton for bondon at 4 p.m. yesterday.
The b.B. Herald and ■fearque Pelham were removed from thewegward to the eastward side ■of the Queen-street Wharf to-day, in order that the larg« crane might be used in the transfer of machinery from the former to the latter.
The barque Gefion completed dischargineat the Sugar Works Wharf this aftornoon. Her place is |to be taken by the. barque Florence Treat, which will probably commence discharging there to-morrow.
The s.s. Glenelg arrived from Meroury Bay and Tairua this morning with the following passengers;—Mr and Mrs Horsbntvh, servant, and family; Mrs Re wcastlo, Miss McLeod, Miss Runciman, Rev. Mr Noboa, Messrs Murray, Norman, Quln, Butler, Urquhart.
