Good bacon is in fair demand. Fruit moves off freely, of good quality. Furniture has bten in good demand. Monday: Clearing-out sale of saddlery, fowls, &c.; a good attendance, fair prices. Tuesday: Sale of household furniture, etc., at man; there was a fair" attendance, but bidding wav languished, still a large amount of stuff changed hands. Wednesday: Continuation of sale of household furniture at mart. Thero was a good attendance, fair competition, and a good business done at fair prices. Friday: Market day sale, poultry, produce, fruit, etc., at mart There was a large attendance, a full supply, good competition, and a large business done.
