The vote of last night has caused ~ la wide-spread feeling of astonishment. .The., representatives of' 'the Australian j Cpnfpjrgnce voted! * almost in a block against the New Zealand proposals for separation ■ -The only Australian representatives who voted with New Zealand were the ftev.
