DIVORCE ACTION.
At tho Supreme Court to-day, in the divorce case, Lamb v. Lamb and Cosgrave, Mr E. Hesketh, counsel for potitionor, intimated that ho did not intend to proceed with tho case. His Honor said ho would consider what action should now be taken.
