Tho Soudan War.—Repulso of Rebels. Cairo, July 71 News has been received to the effect that the Arab rebels attacked Debbah on the Ist inst. The garrison resisted the assault and repulsed the enemy. Heavy losses occurred on both sides.

LONDON1, July 7.—ln the engagementat Debbah, the rebel loss is estimated at two thousand.
