Tho b'rieantlno Deflanco cleared at tho Customs to-day for Hokianga, where she is to load for Brisbane. She is expected to sail this evening.
The brigantine Defiance entered out at the Customs to-day for Tonga,
She schooner Cygnet sailed last evening for rfaabai, via RusßeD. At Russell she receives a whaling party for Lefuka.
The s.s. Explorer has been berthed at the Railway Wharf, and is now discharging her cargo of guano.
On and after Maroh 31st, the following will be the time table for the s.s. Coromandel:—Leaves Auckland: Monday noon, Wednesday noon, Friday (2 p.m.) Leaves Coromandel: Tuesday noon, Thursday noon, Saturday noon.
The barque Notero arrived from Lyttelton early this morning. She left Lyttelton at 10 p.m. on Saturday last; experienced strong S.E. winds to Kast Cape, which was roundod on Tuesday, at 7 a.m., and thence light W. and S.W. winds till arrival here at 1 a.m. to-day Passengers :—Mrs Smith and ohild. Mr and Mrs Kerr.
The s.s. Maogregor arrived from Whangarei last evening, wiwi 200 cases fruit, 4,580 ft. timber, 60 kegs butter. 20 sacks gum, 20 boxes eggß, 5 casks ale, 5 crates fowls, and the following pasgenders: — Messrs Groenough, Whitenead. Miller, F. Tucker, Rogers, MoKay, Macdonald, Downing. Captain McKenzle, Mesdames McRow, Bump. Frasor, Laird and flve children, Miss Hoo, Mr and Mrs Carter, Mr and Mrs .Lelfor.
