Adjodred and Confessed.—No less than 50 cases were settled or adjourned. Judgments for Defendants.—Judgment was given for defendants in the cases of J. H. Dyer v John Aickin, claim £2 17s (Mr Keetley for plaintiff), and Joseph Brattie v. Frank Whiting, claim £4 16s Cd. Huckstep v. Onehunoa Borouou Council.—ln this case judgment bad been deferred. His Worship now held that the dismissal was sufficient, and nonsuited plaintiff; costs, £5 3s. (Left sitting.)
