Thames, this day.—A house in course of erection at Puriri for Mr Wright was partially destroyed by fire on Sunday night. The damago is covered by a builders' risk of £250 in the Norwich Union office.
Russell, this day.—Arrived Manapouri and Glenelg ; also whaleship Triton, Capt. Childs, with 450 barrels sperm oil. He reports the Adeline Oibbs as having taken 600 barrels of whale oil this season.
The Manapoori sails at 5 p.m. Passengers: Miss Walmsley, Mrs PhippS, Mr Rigby Adams, Miss Maning, and others.
